If you are someone with:

• Have 5 years of experience in consulting firms, with extensive project experience in the consumer goods industry. Experience on the client side in the mobile phone industry is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and solid research capabilities, with proficiency in strategic planning and specialized research.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficient execution and implementation of cross-departmental projects.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin will be a plus)
• Results-oriented, highly self-driven, with excellent communication skills and cross-cultural team collaboration abilities.

And you are ready to be:

• Strategic Planning Formulation: Develop and align the annual strategic plan through user and market insights, as well as internal discussions, clarifying long-term strategic goals, annual objectives, core strategies, and resource allocation to ensure a unified understanding of goals and strategies across all levels.
• Strategic Implementation Management: Participate in the management of the implementation of the annual strategic plan, ensuring that key initiatives are advanced in an orderly manner according to the plan and achieve the set objectives.
• Business-Specific Research: Identify pain points in product and marketing operations, collaborate with business units to analyze problems, determine root causes, develop solutions, and drive their implementation to support goal achievement and improve operational efficiency.
