Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end user and market research projects, including both quantitative analyses and qualitative assessments to drive strategic insights.
Manage day-to-day project data collection, timelines and deliverables (both primary and secondary research projects)
Analyze internal & external data, and Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze key business drivers
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, validate, and present findings to support business growth.
Assist in the creation of clear, concise reports and presentations
Engage in key projects that support the company's business and goals.
Create research design (both primary and secondary research projects
Requirements
Bachelor Degree (S1) in prominent local university in areas such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position/role
Experience in e-commerce, aggregator or logistics companies is a major plus
Excellent time-management, communication and analytical skills
Knowledge in statistics including tools such as VBA, Tableau, SPSS or Power BI is a major plus
