Strategy and Operations Manager

Job descriptions:

Ability to independently execute fairly complex projects and initiatives outside of the BAU:

1. Break down complex problems into sub-buckets, develop hypotheses, and identify key drivers

2. Ideate possible solutions and prioritize these accordingly

3. Implement solutions and and monitor impact

4. Draw conclusions and iterate

5. Handover to BAU

Requirements

1. Min. 5 years of experience in strategy & operations

2. 60% of operations (field) experience, and 40% of consulting/company experience

3. Experienced in project management and data analysis
