Job Description

Candidate must be willing to work in the Insurance Industry

WFO location at South Jakarta

Strategic design and development to support the Chief Strategy, Partnership, and Emerging Customer Officer on GI and Health strategy with a main focus on Distribution strategy.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in Healthy Insurance and General Insurance strategy function or consulting
  • Deep understanding of competitive strategy development
  • GI and Health insurance expertise
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Written/oral good communication skills and adapted to different levels of hierarchy from execution team to CEO and director level
  • Problem-solving with a proactive mindset
  • English Fluent in oral and writing
  • Very independent to be a solo contributor as well as able to work and onboard teams

Job Descriptions:

Market intelligence/research

  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide a clear presentation with strategic insights on the market, competitors, trends, challenges and opportunities to the management team such as Product review remains in the LOB, Compliance/regulation remains in the LnC team, etc.

Strategy definition

  • Support the Chief of Strategy in the design of a robust growth strategy for the Company
  • Lead and be responsible for Group strategy's review process and needed deliverables
  • Deliver recommendations around top strategic issues and opportunities for the company and management
  • Work with the rest of the senior team to ensure key strategic directions are defined, understood, and delivered.

Strategy implementation support and monitoring

  • Liaise with the relevant and x-functional departments from business, Operations/IT, and product to finance to monitor the progress on the implementation roadmap.
  • Design the strategy, the business model, the implementation roadmap
  • Onboard the right department to ensure the implementation of the agreed initiatives
  • Monitor the implementation until the BAU of the initiative

Strategic governance

  • Target letter definition and monitoring
  • Deliver the strategic documents and insights as per the Company governance
  • Develop, lead, and facilitate the Company Product strategic workshops.
