Business Planning
- Develop and build annual operating plans and long-range plans, including loan origination targets, profitability objectives, hiring and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor, analyse and report on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product and process enhancements that will drive business growth.
- Lead the sales and business planning vertical in collaboration with Product leaders and the distribution team.
- Present the performance of the business unit to the board and senior management.
Business Product Development
- Drive and lead the product development charter from business side to integrate MFC system and operations with marketplace loan management system and channeling partners LOS
- Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers and product managers to ship high-quality experiences.
- Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, product adoption)
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present a robust suite of regular reports on lending business performance, including loan volume, delinquency rates, portfolio quality, and profitability, to senior management
- Work closely with the Head of Department to identify areas for improvement in business operations reporting and analysis, and lead initiatives to enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of reporting and analysis outputs.
- Oversee the end-to-end lending process, from loan application to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Periodic update of SOPs and policies to reflect updated / improved controls and processes
New Business initiatives
- Work with leadership to identify and explore additional / new initiatives / products / verticals for lending business in Indonesia
- Prepare and publish report on market trends / insights and competitor intelligence for these new products / verticals within the lending business
- Market entry research, strategy and plan for expansion to new cities within Indonesia
