Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute improvement to inventory and procurement for cost efficiency
  • Execute strategic plans to optimize clinic performance, streamline operations and achieve business objectives
  • Supervise Inventory Manager, Procurement Manager, and Strategy & Operations Associate by providing guidance and support in their roles
  • Drive innovation and initiatives to enhance patient experience, operational effectiveness, and competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters from any major.
  • 5 year(s) experience in similar role with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment (preferably from tech company)
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple recommendations.
  • Proven experience in project management & data analysis
