- Role and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout the enrolment and student visa processes, providing personalised guidance and support.- Collaborate with admission officers to facilitate the enrolment process for students, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documents.
Manage and oversee the visa application process, guiding students through the necessary steps and documentation for Australian student visa.
- Provide expert advice on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and immigration regulations, ensuring compliance and successful visa outcomes.
Offer ongoing support and assistance to students, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter during the enrolment and visa processes.- Stay informed on changes to Australian immigration policies, keeping up-to-date with developments that may impact student visa applications.
Collaborate with other team to enhance the overall student experience and optimise service delivery.
Previous experience in a similar role within education industry, with a focus on enrolment and student visa processes.
- Strong understanding of Australian educational institutions and their admission requirements, as well as Australian student visa regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to students.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in the office.
