We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the operational transaction processes at our Sub-Branch. This role involves ensuring that our tellers and Customer Service representatives adhere to established procedures and maintain the high service quality standards set by the Bank.
Responsibilities
Manage cash needs for daily operations.
Provide Override Authorization for transactions above Teller's authority.
Maintain and Warkat documents and other valuables in a safe place according to procedures.
Ensure there are no defects and report to the Branch Operation Head.
Conduct and monitor CIS (Cash In Safe) and CIT (Cash In Transit) IDR currency according to Branch limits.
Ensure the teller's end-of-day balance is in accordance with applicable regulations.
Ensure that tellers and Customer Services have carried out procedures and implemented service quality according to Bank standards.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor degree from any majors.
Minimum 1 year work experience in the position of Operation Supervisor in the Banking field.
Experienced in monitoring and controlling Teller & Customer Service work.
Thorough and has a fast work rhythm.
Have good communication skills and are able to operate computers at least Microsoft Office.
Have good individual management and leadership skills, especially in delegating tasks, and providing coaching.
Willing to be placed in Gandaria - South Jakarta.
