Role Summary:
Plan, direct, and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably.
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all mechanical maintenance activities.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance for key machines and associated auxiliaries are carried out as scheduled.
- Plan and arrange required tools, equipment, manpower and spares for efficient maintenance of plant.
- Provide weekly & monthly reports and collect data for performance monitoring of equipment and record keeping.
- Provide fast response to breakdowns without compromising work quality and safety at all times.
- Provide inputs for end year budgeting and machine enhancement/upgrading.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with minimum 5 years working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location, KBN Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
