We are embarking on an exciting venture to open a vibrant caf, bar and kitchen in the heart of east London, Hoxton. We will create a welcoming space that not only pays homage to the rich cultural heritage of the area but also serves as a hub for the local community. Drawing inspiration from the nearby Museum of the Home and the pioneering spirit of Molly Harrison. Molly's will a place to enjoy delicious food and drink whilst celebrating the area's eclectic mix of art, culture, and history.
Molly's is all about keeping it local and laid-back, offering a community vibe that's perfect from dawn till late. Whether guests are after freshly baked pastries and artisan coffees, looking for something special for lunch or an evening meal to savour; everything at Molly's is made with the freshest local ingredients with care and craft. At Molly's, we're all about casual dining with a British twist, ensuring every visit is a tasty treat.
The Job
We're building a team of enthusiastic servers who take pride in creating memorable times for others. Experience isn't essential but a positive, warm and welcoming approach to customer service is must.
We are offering both full and part-time jobs within a seven-day operation with a focus on weekend availability. Shifts will be a mix of mornings and evenings whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- You will have a great personality

- Preferably have previous experience in front of house
- Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas
