Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of our Supply Chain Analyst, including but not limited to:

1. Logistics

• Assist for any Internal logistic request (Pick-up and delivery)
• Assist daily operational logistics booking
• Assist in any relevant Internal projects as assigned

2. Administration

• Make sure the administration excellence (PO Recap, In Out, Current Stock, Delivery Notes)
• Responsible for Vendor invoice recapitulations
• Assist on quality check of the finished products
• Responsible for products Internal usage restock & recap

3. Warehouse Operation

• Assist in any on going Internal projects
• Do physical stock take to warehouse every quarter

4. Procurement

• Responsible for PRF request to finance of any RMPM repeat order (Administration)

5. Assist any adhoc projects assigned to Supply Chain Department

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Enginnering, Logistic, or related
• Minimum have 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Strong in quantitative and qualitative reasoning and good with numbers. Familiar with project management and reporting
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills - getting-things-done over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and Excellent problem-solving skills;
• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;
• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
• Strong feeling of responsibility;
