Responsibilities

Responsibilities of our Supply Chain Intern, including but not limited to:

1. Daily Basis

• Administration of Procurement: PRF (by Gsheet)
• Administration of PO MKT & Production SC (By Xero)
• Update manual Recap PO outstanding Raw material, update progress fulfilment and update actual arrival date (by Google sheet)
• Update recap PO Sales & MKT Request
• Coordination and fulfilment MKT request (Input Data by Gsheet, Inform WH team for outbound & delivery request)
• Handle warehouse stock (OOCL - SAP)

2.Monthly Basis

• Support stock audit
• Support Reporting (Manual Billing check logistic vendor)

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student with a solid academic background;
• GPA equivalent of 3.00 or above
• Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Strong in quantitative and qualitative reasoning and good with numbers. Familiar with project management and reporting
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills - getting-things-done over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and Excellent problem-solving skills;
• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;
• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
• Strong feeling of responsibility;
