Job Description:
- Maintain daily warehouse operations in accordance with predetermined KPIs & Lead Time
- Team management
- Monitor all Warehouse assets
- Communicating with internal and external teams
- Review and planning of operational improvements
- Make daily/weekly/monthly reports on Warehouse operations
- Make budgeting for Warehouse operations

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a related field
- Willing to be based in the Karawang area and have the flexibility to travel throughout West Java as needed
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office tools ( Excel )
- Preferred able to operate any analytic tools
- Thorough understanding of logistics industry and best practices
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and drive continuous improvement
