System Analyst

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent

- Experience minimal 2 years in Product Development or IT

- Business Analyst or IT System Analyst

- Skill Unified Modelling Language (UML)

- Skill PL/SQL Query, presentation, communication, negotiation

- Experience developing system design/functionality documents, use cases, and flow process/activity diagrams.

- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking

- Innovate & responsibility

- Experience with transactional project

Job Description :

- Gathering user requirements and needs and understanding user satisfaction

- Controlling the consistency of information flow processes within the application

- Coordinating with users regarding needs and requests for technical workflows, new product features, and process specifications

- Creating product roadmaps, and communicating features and benefits to stakeholders and relevant teams.
