Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize losses in the telecommunications segment through business analytics and data analysis
Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations and development, to identify areas for revenue improvement and develop effective solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure sales targets are met
Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making, collaborating with other departments in the implementation of new processes
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote new products
Possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including trends and emerging technologies

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant field
2 - 3 years of work experience in related area (experience in telco industries is preferred)
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
Creative thinking and a keenness to offer innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills
Having good skill on Data Process (SQL, Excel, etc) is preferrable
Having good analytical skill and problem solving
Have strong ability and willingness to learn about the telco industry, even if prior knowledge is not a prerequisite
Have long term experience from previous company, minimum 3 years
Has to live in the Jakarta area
Willing to work full onsite from 9 to 5
Need the AM to be able to take care of the clients
