System Developer (Syariah)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated reporting systems for bancassurance partnership projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.
• Design, code, test, and maintain software applications and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all automated reports.
• Optimize and enhance existing reporting systems for better performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated reporting systems.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (min 2 years) in software development, with a focus on automation and reporting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and excellent teamwork abilities.
