Job Description

  • Respond and resolve any operation system (i.e Fleet Management System) troubleshooting
  • Guide operation team on how to use system features
  • Maintain and update system parameters setting
  • Conduct Operation System training for new users
  • Identify visual management opportunity to support optimization in process flow
  • Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Informatics Management, or any related field
  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Express/Logistics company
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta and willing to travel
