ii. Lead, manage and train technical teams in system development
iii. Create system designs to improve efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality and usability of the company's products
iv. Have a deep understanding of software architecture, operating system, and network
v. Work closely with technical teams to set benchmarks, standardize, technical, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements
vi. Work with users and stakeholders to understand business needs
vii. Create tools and resources that help teams do more efficient and effective
I. S1 graduate or level from all majors with a minimum GPA of
- 00
ii. Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Systems Analyst
III. Must have experience as a System Analyst in a Company Multifinance
iv. Proficient in: Planning, Architectural, Designing, Estimating, and Executing for make software development delivered well to Customer
v. Able to lead a team, guide team members, and ensure work completed well according to business needs
vi. Able to communicate clearly, on target and effectively both verbally as well as writing
vii. Have in-depth knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks and have enthusiasm in the development of renewable technology
viii. Able to find and fix technical problems in the environment which is very adaptive
ix. Understand GIT, CI-CD, virtualization and containerization technologies and are capable using tools for Issue Tracking
X. Understand the Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
