Job Descriptions
Responsible for managing and handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organisation needs
Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needs
Create attractive job advertisements through powerful and persuasive words to find the right candidates
Manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding
Working closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process
Creating and propose the salary package and resposible for offering until negotiate to the candidate until closing
Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submisson
Responsible of all recruitment administration
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable university
Min. 3-4 years experience as recruiter for handling junior to senior positions in Logistics Operations or related industry
Proven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and creative thinking
Target oriented and having experience to work with SLA
Fluent in english is a must
Willing to work for project-based (6 months)
