Are you passionate about talent acquisition and employee branding We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our client's team as a Talent Acquisition & Branding (HR) specialist. In this role, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment and sourcing process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
Develop and execute internal employee branding initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
- Organize and coordinate internal events such as town halls, coffee talks, and other engagement activities to enhance employee experience.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee branding, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement engaging internal branding activities.
Experience in organizing and managing internal events is a plus.
