The Role

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time contract. We are looking for someone who excels at discovering exceptional individuals in the industry to meet our organizational requirements. Success in this role requires a passion for challenges and a track record of successfully filling positions. The role will be based in our Jakarta office.

Your responsibilities will include:


Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
Managing the complete recruitment cycle starting from Pre-screening the applications, conducting interviews, salary negotiations and following up with the offered candidates till the time they join the organisation.
Source and recruit candidates using a variety of ways and strategic recruiting plans, such as job postings, campus recruitment, pitching, head hunting, international partners, and social media
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Drive and manage campus recruitment activities for interns, contract, trainees, and fresh graduates
Participate in employer branding initiatives to increase pipeline and conversion rate
Onboard new hires and ensure quality retention outcomes for first 90 days of hire
Report and update recruitment status - weekly reports
Support Ad-hoc projects

Who we look for the ideal profile

At least 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition or similar
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Strong network in E-commerce and Marketing
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Impactful presentation style
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
A positive, can do attitude
Regional recruitment experience in SEA locations would be a bonus
