Job Description

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamicTalent Acquisition Coordinatorto join our HR team and help us attract and onboard top talent to support our expansion.

Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting job openings on various job boards, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all logistics are in place
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, providing them with necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR Job platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and operations
  • Contribute to the promotion of Finns Bali's employer brand by supporting recruitment marketing efforts, including social media and career website updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, especially beach club
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (fluency in Indonesian is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Job Platform advertisement portal
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
