Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate resumes to assess candidate's qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records with candidate information, interview feedback, and other relevant data.

Role Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
