MODENA Indonesia is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to drive our recruitment effort. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining a robust candidate database and conducting psychological assessments.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with hiring managers across various departments to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from planning and sourcing to onboarding and offboarding.
-Maintain candidate database
-Administer psychological assessments as part of the recruitment process.
-Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.
Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology from a reputable university (maximum 30 years old).
-Prior experience in recruitment and assessment, within electronic, manufacturing, or similar industries.
-Proficiency in using psychological tools and generating reports.
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
-Able to work under pressure
-Willing to work in Kuningan, South Jakarta
