Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
Collaboration with local schools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment
Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, increase productivity and retention
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology
Has experience minimum in 1 years as technology recruiter
Expert to recruit Engineering & Product team for Senior Level
Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to working independently and has leadership skills
