Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist to source top-notch candidates for our company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to attract top talent.

Job Description :

1. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
2. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3. Manage the entire recruitment process
4. Doing assessment process
5. Represent the company at events and build a network
6. In charge to promote employer brand with recruitment initiatives and events

Requirements :

1. S2 Professional Psychology with GPA min. 3,00
2. Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Great interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
5. Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
6. Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
