Job Description
- Source potential candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee recommendations
- Manage the whole hiring process from reaching out to candidates to making job offers and negotiating terms
- Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates, making sure they have a good experience
- Manage a database of prospective candidates for future staffing needs
- Develop strategies for streamlining the hiring process, assess recruitment procedures, and implement enhancements as needed
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimal 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition with a proven full-cycle recruitment record, experience as a recruitment consultant/headhunter in insurance/financial industry is a plus
- Proficient in sourcing via job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
