Talent Assessment Consultant

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the assessment team in the end-to-end assessment process, including talent review and development of talent assessment tools.

Requirements:

• This is a temporary position for 3 months.
• Open for fresh graduate, majoring in Psychology.
• Have at least 1-year experience in talent assessment is a plus.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Have a good knowledge and interest in handling psychological tools.
• Have good analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Have good communication skill.
• Able to work under a demanding schedule and have a sense of urgency.
