Prepare and coordinate the implementation of Performance Management system within DSLNG, including monitor the completion of PMS period as per timeline, provide the employee-related data to the respective manager/ employee and other relevant parties. Identify and resolve overall PMS system issues to achieve an effective process in a timely manner.
Prepare and coordinate with related manager and organize the process of employee assessment for employee promotion to ensure all documents required are complete for assessment and assessment can be completed effectively according to targeted timeline.
Analyze the employee assessment report to identify areas of development and provide recommendation on development plan in order to equip employee for the promotion.
Prepare and organize the Coaching and Mentoring Program based on the Performance Improvement plan to ensure that the program is implemented by the targeted coach and/or mentor effectively.
Maintain employee database and identify the needs of the proposed employee deployment request, prepare employee deployment documents, organize the deployment process and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all required documents are complete and employee deployment is processed effectively.
Analyze the submitted promotion recommendation to ensure the recommendation meets the Company policy and/or procedure. Prepare and organize the promotion documents and process as per timeframe.
Analyze and identify key positions, prepare recommendation on succession planning based on the employee assessment and performance results to ensure availability of talent pool according to organization timeframe.
Prepare and organize the Transfer of Knowledge and Expertise (TOKE) Process to ensure the implementation is completed timely and according to the requirement as per regulation and documented to be reported to the Ministry of Manpower.
Prepare and organize the required personnel documents for Foreign Manpower Planning Utilization Plan such as, but not limited to, the TOKE Report, Mentee assignment correspondence and documents, Work Plan of Expatriate Positions.
Provide recommendation to improve policy/procedure/business process flow/work instruction related to talent management sphere to strengthen the company regulation.
Prepare Employment Status Review document to support recommendation on the employment status review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any discipline. Psychology or Human Resources or Management is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource with 3 years in talent management area within the energy sector or manufacturing.
Certified Assessor from Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) is preferable
Certified Talent Management is preferable
Possess Advanced level of People Development Skills (will be advantageous)
