Responsibilities:

• Design and implement programs that reinforce our culture and foster a positive work environment
• Plan and execute in-house events that enhance team spirit, morale, and collaboration
• Gather feedback from employees to continually improve engagement initiatives
• Develop and manage social media strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) to promote our employer brand and attract top talent and strengthen the company's brand presence
• Create engaging content for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) that highlights our company culture and employee stories
• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive English copy for internal communications, newsletters, and social media posts
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives (including budget control) and employer branding efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, employer branding, or talent experience roles
• Proven experience in content creation and copywriting, with a strong command of English
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for employer branding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all level
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives
