Develop and manage end-to-end Talent Management program.
Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent development needs.
Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies
Partner with senior leaders to develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the continuity of key roles.
Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programmes to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management or any other related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management, and Performance Management.
Having experience in running the full cycle of Talent Management.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organizational and project management skills
