Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a group of affiliate influencers.
  • Provide guidance on content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze affiliate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team to align strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of affiliates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer management or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical skills to assess affiliate performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage affiliate relationships.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams and other departments.
  • Results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
