Responsibilities:

Your will be requested to:

• Define and implement Talent Sourcing Strategies.
• Assess the applications and make recommendations to the Management.
• Run the interviews.
• Onboard new joiners.
• Create a pool of candidates.
• You may also be responsible for developing further Feazer HR policies (Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee engagement).

Prerequisites:

• Graduated from Top University (UI / ITB / Bina Nusantara / Gadjah Mada)
• Min 5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcing Manager or HR Specialist (Experience in a Top Tier Marketing/Communication/Digital agency is a plus).
• Is proactive and has a true passion for HR: the ideal candidate should have the ability to bring new ideas and suggestions.
• Master the HR fundamentals.
• Experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Resilient.
• Resourceful.
• Structured.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and to adapt to work priorities.
• Fluent in English.
• Available Full Time (Monday - Friday).
