Your responsibilities and tasks:
Tax Reporting and Compliance
Leading Taxation to ensure reporting are accuracy, timely and Tax compliance.
Well-versed in Tax regulations and provide advisory to operations team when necessary.
Upload e-Faktur Pajak, review all purchase and sales transactions according to Tax compliance.
Hands-on Monthly Tax Reporting (VAT, WHT 22, 23/26, 4 (2), 25).
Hands-on e-SPT, e-Bukti Potong, e-Filing.
Monthly Reconcile/Equalize Sales.
Monthly Reconcile/Equalize Purchase (Cost of Sales).
Monthly Reconcile/Equalize all Tax Account (VAT & WHT).
Prepare P&L Fiscal projection, including Fiscal Correction (NDE) and List Prepaid Tax to monitor CIT underpayment/overpayment by quarterly basis.
Collection of Bukpot from customers and to vendors.
Experienced and good knowledge in cross-border transaction/International taxation, DGT form, Incoterms understanding, etc.
Experienced good communication with Account Rep in Tax Office.
Hands-on SP2DK and Other Tax inquiry/Dispute.
Hands-on Tax Audit/Appeal/Objection, liaise with Tax Consultant when necessary.
Hands-on annual CIT liaise with Tax Consultant and Auditor.
Hands-on annual TP Doc liaise with Tax Consultant, CbCr report.
Service level monitoring on external and internal especially regarding Tax accounting.
Identify any existing pain-points in the current processes and provide solutions to overcome them.
Ad-hoc Special Tasks/Projects
Perform special assignments, initiatives, reporting and company projects by working in collaboration with the management / department heads / shared service center; SAP Project Implementation (system migration).
Your profile and qualifications:
Accounting/Tax graduate from a reputable university.
Having at least 10 years of solid Tax Accounting background in MNC environment, preferably Engineering or Trading company.
Well-versed in Indonesia Taxation regulations; able to understand the dynamic of Tax operations in a MNC environment with selling, engineering and cross border transactions.
Good understanding of IFRS/PSAK Accounting standards.
Well-versed in Tax Accounting; ability to identify issues related to Tax accounting, provide recommendations for immediate resolution and prevention measures to avoid repeat of issues.
Taking initiatives, plans and organize own tasks effectively to ensure that work is completed on time and to the required standard.
Good organization skills due to the need to work in a relatively fast paced MNC environment.
Good communication skills to effectively manage the tasks with internal colleagues and external service providers.
Sets priorities, knows how to get things done, understands cultures of organizations, understands rationale behind policies, procedures and practices
Always open for new things and builds on proven success strategies.
Good working knowledge of SAP.
