About the Role
As a Tax Manager at Pinhome, you will oversee tax compliance and administration, ensuring all tax matters are planned and executed according to GAAP and updated tax regulations. Additionally, you will drive tax strategy to optimize our tax positions. You will manage transactions and activities across our entities to ensure smooth reporting processes and support business objectives.
What You Will Do
General:
Be comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement at Pinhome South Jakarta.
Ensure compliance with business processes, tax treatments, implementations, and planning.
Enhance the accuracy and reliability of tax audits.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position.
Specifically:
Prepare monthly and annual tax reports (VAT Return, WHT Unifikasi, CIT).
Handle tax administration across the Pinhome environment (register PKP, NPWP, SKB).
Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist in the monthly closing process.
Update tax monitoring data.
Maintain tax documentation (COD/DGT, SKB, Invoice, Tax Invoice, etc.).
Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance in tax administration.
Ensure all entity activities comply with tax regulations.
What You Will Need:
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Brevet A & B certifications.
Knowledge of Transfer Pricing processes.
Up-to-date with the latest tax regulations.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
About the Team
As part of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Tribe at Pinhome, the Tax team is agile, hardworking, flexible, and detail-oriented. Working from Pinhome HQ in South Jakarta, the team collaborates closely with the Pinhome Ecosystem and FAT Team. The Tax team reviews transactions with the AP & AR team to ensure all transactions comply with GAAP and Indonesian tax regulations. They are also involved in month-end closing and reporting financial metrics, including consolidation reports to Pinhome HQ.
