Job Description :
Provide operation best practice advisory and monitor progress of all Technical Directorate services (Palm Oil Facility)
Practice good governance, communicate and collaboration effectively with internal division and other division or directorate.
Regularly report summary of all support activities (such as mill reviews, heat maps, issue dashboard and analysis) to Operations Management
Maintain work efficiency in terms of time, quality and cost, as well as healthy utilization of resources.
Do and Act the Operational & Management Advisory, Quick Win Problem Solving , Monitoring Execution Plan, and Mill Visit
Job Requirement :
Min Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Agronomy
Having min 3 years of working experience as Asisten Kepala at Palm Oil Plantation or Mill
Good in Communication Skill
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
