Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Manage, sustain and improve all relevant maintenance management systems
- Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
- Create and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Recruit, lead, coach and support maintenance team.
- Ensure adequate training and qualification of technician to build their maintenance capabilities.
- Ensure the continuous improvement in PM system and 6S at work environment to reduce equipment downtime and maintain safety
- Ensure proper maintenance and recovery of machine post maintenance, enabling highest possible machine uptime for production.
- Ensure proper maintenance of procedure and task performed accordingly
- Ensure adequate spare parts availability to reduce equipment downtime
- Optimise equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve problems and effectively prevent issue recurrence.
- Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets
- Work closely with Head of Operations to develop best in class maintenance strategy and contribute to potential cost saving project
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant engineering field with 3-5 years direct managerial position
Preferred Qualification
MUST HAVE:
- Solid technical knowledge in large automated machines
- 8D problem solving
- FMEA
Good To Have
- Experience on maintaining and repair of precision machining equipment (CNC Milling, CNC Turning & Ultrasonic and Precision Cleaning Machine).
- Knowledge on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
