• Lead Quantum's social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and TikTok to grow brand presence.
• Create fresh, engaging content to drive awareness and action for product launches, client highlights, and industry topics like AI/ML, low-code, and digital transformation.
• Create compelling employer branding content that highlights Quantum's culture, values, and achievements to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure strong, visually consistent social media and marketing content.
• Manage Quantum's social media roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams for execution and planning.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content based on insights.
• Stay updated on social trends, test new concepts, and refine strategies to meet marketing objectives.

Who You Are:

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on LinkedIn and Tik tok creation
• A strong storyteller with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts into engaging narratives.
• Knowledgeable about AI/ML, low-code platforms, and emerging tech trends.
• Skilled in video scriptwriting and familiar with content strategies that drive engagement.
• Collaborative, proactive, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
