- Handling Customer Inquiries by multiple channels
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
- Dive deep into the world of Electronic and Software by continuously polishing your technical background.
- Focus on the customers success by offering additional service, tools, and products.
Qualifications
- Understanding in the field of electronics and software IS A MUST
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from all majors
- Minimum GPA 2,75
- Experienced in Customer Service
- Excellent english communication skills with minimum score B1 (Will be tested during the recruitment process)
- Willing work in shifting schedule
- Willing to Placed in Jakarta
