Job Description

Qiscus is an an AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement platform that enables businesses to meet the rising expectations for exceptional Customer Experiences (CX) by facilitating timely and intuitive conversations at scale. We are now in the midst of expanding beyond Indonesia. For this purpose, we are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate technical sales personnel to contribute to our business expansion strategy. If you find that you fit this role, come join us!

What You Will Do :

  • Understand prospective clients requirements comprehensively during sales processes
  • Provide accurate assessment and solution formulation that help prospective clients achieve their objectives
  • Respond in a timely way to product/solution related enquiries
  • Keep track of key account metrics on the effectiveness of recommended solutions
  • Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate upgrading of product knowledge in Qiscus Business team
  • Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities

What You Will Bring to the Role :


  • Possess experience in business development or technical assessment in the IT sector, particularly, SaaS
  • Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as technical knowledge to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
  • Good technical and product knowledge and working knowledge of sales software
  • Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management
  • Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary
  • Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, be it online or in-person
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English is a must (written and spoken)
