Job Summary:
The Technical Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's shipping and logistics systems. This role involves managing and maintaining software applications, hardware, and network infrastructure, as well as providing technical assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Manage and maintain shipping and logistics software applications, including updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Configure and optimize system settings to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, providing timely solutions.
Network Administration:
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to users, including answering questions, resolving issues, and training on software applications.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of user workstations and devices.

Data Management:

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
