Job Descriptions

• Reviewing all technical documents and UI messages for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, content, and style.
• Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy.
• Giving feedback and advice to technical writers.
• Ensuring that the document meets the company's standards.
• Maintaining and improving the quality of the content.
• Advocating the reader: reviewing and editing documents through a reader's eyes, while considering the document's purpose.
• Updating the FORMULATRIX Style Guide as new issues arise.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in English Linguistics/Languages, Journalism, Technical Writing, or equivalent.
• Have an understanding of Science or Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive is a plus.
• At least three years of working experience in the related field is preferable.
• Have the ability to write and edit technical documents.
• Well-versed with technology.
• Know how to use Google Suite: Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, etc.
• Have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organized and structured with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and fast learner.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
