Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information Technology.
• Have experience minimum of 1 year in IT as Technical ERP staff.
• Proficient in Accounting Systems such as SAP and Oracle Netsuite.
• Have good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Preferably the candidate is certified in IT.
• Prior experience in Oracle Netsuite.
• Strong IT and technical skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands.
• Work accurately with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create custom BAST and convert settings from imported CVS to BAST (saved search and print).
• Create/update PDF print script (All print modules in Netsuite).
• Create a Netsuite approval workflow (for Invoices, Journal modules, etc).
• Create/update custom scripts (temporary validation scripts, mandatory budget contents, update reconciliation scripts, create print buttons via a script, etc).
• Carry out application testing on web approval and mobile approval.
• Manage database administration Netsuite (such as input master data, control document numbering, and prepare forms if there is a new subsidiary).
• Provide support to users if problems occur.
