Technical Support (API)
Job Description
- Develop and support Node.js micro service modules and shared libraries to support core business functions.
- Understands their team's domain at a high level and can gather sufficient context to work productively within it. Has expertise in a portion of their team's domain.
- Propose and deliver an optimal solution after understanding existing alternate options and overall system impact of implementing each option.
- Collaborate and communicate with API & commercial teams in handling company API Development/Integration needs.
- Will be responsible to handle communication with partner or 3rd party regarding API integration with company, or any other related needs.
Required Experiences & Skills
- More than 2 years of development experience, bachelor degree or above, computer and related majors are preferred. Previous experience from ecommerce or ERP company is an huge advantage.
- Proficient in NodeJS, Javascript, Typescript and PostgreSQL databases.
- Proficient in Object-Oriented/Functional Programming, REST API, and Design Patterns.
- Have experience in API Integration & Restful API development and documentation.
- Have experience in Webhook Development and best practice.
- Possesed excellent English communication and problem solving skills.
- Must be comfortable to communicate & interact with partner or 3rd party; helping them in their needs and inquiry regarding API integration / other services.
