Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer.
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers.
- Monitor the services provided to customers in Yogyakarta and surrounding area
- Provide weekly report to Head Office
- Assist sales team to promote company products and services in Yogyakarta and surrounding area
Qualifications
- Reside in Yogyakarta area
- Minimum SMK graduate with working experience as Technical Support or Network Engineer minimal 1 year
- Passive minimum English skills
- Required basic skills/knowledge: IP Network, Routing TCP/IP, VLAN, WAN, IP Subnetting
- Have knowledge about VoIP, IP-PBX is preferable
- Independent, problem solver & proactive
- Strong communication skills and able to handle customer support and customer service
- Own vehicle & have valid driver license
- Ability to work well in a team
- Able to join immediately
