Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers.
  • Monitor the services provided to customers in Yogyakarta and surrounding area
  • Provide weekly report to Head Office
  • Assist sales team to promote company products and services in Yogyakarta and surrounding area

Qualifications

  • Reside in Yogyakarta area
  • Minimum SMK graduate with working experience as Technical Support or Network Engineer minimal 1 year
  • Passive minimum English skills
  • Required basic skills/knowledge: IP Network, Routing TCP/IP, VLAN, WAN, IP Subnetting
  • Have knowledge about VoIP, IP-PBX is preferable
  • Independent, problem solver & proactive
  • Strong communication skills and able to handle customer support and customer service
  • Own vehicle & have valid driver license
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Able to join immediately
