Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, user documentation, and instruction.
Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to new document or changing product functionality.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking work documentation to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use.
Control and manage spare parts to support project schedules.
Actively participate in safety initiatives.
Ensure section areas are maintained and followed up well.
Perform any jobs assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
Understanding of organization-related tools and processes.
Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in business English communication, both written and spoken.
