Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems according to established guidelines.- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Document all service and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records are kept.
Assist in the training of junior technicians and provide technical support to team members.- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years at the same position in hospitality industry (nightclub/beach club)
Strong understanding of technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints (civil, electrical, etc).- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.- Strong communication skills and excellent service orientation.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in specific systems or equipment (e.g., HVAC, electronics).- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations.
