Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective operations of station control panels based on its specifications.
- Ensuring good housekeeping practice at workshop and safety compliance.
- Reporting any equipment breakdown or issues to Area leader.
- Maintaining & responsible for equipment cleaning and safety operation
- Responsible for product sampling & liaise with QC lab for samples.
- Responsible in monitoring and controlling product processing.
- Take necessary corrective action and assist area leader to fix quality deviation that arise within working shift.
- Monitoring and recording cycle time and smooth production process to meet
production target, in timely manner and within product quality specification.
- Responsible for manual recording production forms, logs, and records of equipment and batches.
- To report any near miss, unsafe acts/conditions and injuries, or illnesses you suffer as a result of doing your job.
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Area Leader.
Mandatory Requirements
Must possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with Degree or Diploma in technical or engineering field are encouraged to apply.
Desirable Requirements
- At least 2 years(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Good operating knowledge of all processing equipment and processes.
- Able to operate manual and semi auto equipment which requires physical strength.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English
- Can work overtime hours and routine shifts.
- Physically fit to perform heavy job occasionally.
