Responsibilities:
Lead the team members under him in implementing the cultivation process in the pond in accordance with the predetermined production plan
- Carry out daily control and monitoring of the entire cultivation process so that it runs according to the predetermined production plan
- Ensuring all team members below work effectively and efficiently according to the predetermined production plan
- deny that all production costs are in accordance with the predetermined production plan
Changing the entire cultivation process in the pond to run according to the SOP and IK that have been determined
- Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to the established SOPs and work instructions (WIs), including Biosecurity SOPs and WIs, without exception.
- Ensure that all equipment, supporting materials, and facilities for aquaculture are in optimal condition.
- Be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all treatments, including feed administration, types of chemicals used, dosages applied, and other related cultivation processes.
- Collaborate with the Laboratory team to ensure accurate analysis of water quality and other data.
- Ensure daily reports are reviewed and submitted accurately and on time to the Head Office team and the Aquahero application.
- Report any findings in the cultivation process, whether technical or non-technical, to the Farm Manager and discuss findings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aquaculture operations, preferably with a focus on biosecurity practices.
- Proficient understanding of SOPs, biosecurity protocols, and work instructions in an aquaculture environment.
- Knowledge of aquaculture equipment, chemicals, feeding practices, and facility management.
- Ability to ensure the accuracy and precision of treatment applications (feed administration, chemical dosages, etc.).
- Strong decision-making skills for managing technical issues in the cultivation process.
