Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and ensure that targets are met
Accurate data capturing
Obtain referrals from current clients
Create awareness by distributing marketing material
Generate quotations and follow-up
Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client
E-mail completed subscriber form to client for signature and receive back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client signature
Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
Follow up on fitment scheduling
Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment
Follow-up if appointment was not honoured
Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc.
Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures
Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training sessions
Requirement :
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any field
Can communcate well in english preferable
Minimum two years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude
